Read the Dossier. Go to the beach and follow the sequence.

You have to select the right options so Lance gets closer and on the boat. While avoiding being caught.

Click the following when they appear:


> Pick them up and chuck them at Kilgore 
> Punt it back straight at Kilgore 
> Navigate through them cautiously 

Once Lance is on the boat continue on until you are on the boat. Keep going through the seqeunce.
