Make the Centrifuge and drink it.

After grabbing your dynamite, go to the co-ords to the hatch. Climb into the hatch and keep following it to the end. 
You will play 2 games while down there and reached the end (capture the flag and the boat one), then go through a maze.

Now you should have the Centrifuge effect to fight Kurtz. After fighting him you should win. Follow the diolog.

Blow the Yiff Whistle from your backpack.
